BIO
As a workplace psychologist, Dr. Taylor Peyton offers keynotes, educational workshops, and personalized consulting sessions to organizations of all sizes—from Fortune 500 companies to professional associations. Her work applies evidence-based psychology to help leaders skillfully address challenges such as employee engagement, team communication, and burnout prevention.
With over 20 years of experience in leadership education, organizational behavior, and motivation science, she has worked with respected companies like Pfizer, Sandals Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, as well as innovative nonprofits and international startups. Dr. Peyton guides groups like these to develop impactful leadership for thriving and productive workplace cultures.
Taylor also shares her expertise in workplace psychology and leadership development through Boston University, where she teaches executive education programs as part-time faculty. Her approach blends data-driven insights with heartfelt storytelling, ensuring her clients walk away with practical solutions that inspire meaningful change.

Dr. Peyton completed her Ph.D. in Leadership at the University of San Diego, her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at San Diego State, and B.S. in Psychology at Long Beach State.

Taylor played Division 1 Volleyball in college and is a Southern California native who loves her warm winter coat. She lived in Boston as a full-time Leadership Professor at Boston University and will forever be a Red Sox fan...even when they're losing.
